Delivery time within Sweden 1-3 work days, EU 3-5 work days, outside EU approx 5-7 work days. Moonflair AB is not responsible for delays or damage to deliveries / packages during transport or lost packages. In case of any mishaps, contact the shipping company immediately. Orders are normally dispatched within one day after you have placed your order. If you place your order before 10am CET, your order will be dispatched the same day. However, should any product be on backorder, we will notify you immediately. Natural disasters and production delays that occur outside Moonflair AB’s control are considered Force Major.
