How to dream BIG and follow those dreams!

Hello everyone! My name is Monika (@monika_jok) and I am one of the Moonflair content crew girls. For those who don’t know me- I am one of those people who needs to plan most of the things in life, but don’t we all need to plan our work schedules, appointments, holidays and basically everything around us? So why don’t we sometimes plan the future of our career? Set some goals? Today, I will tell you why it is very benificial to plan your future and how.

First things first – why would you do it? You might say “I know what I want, why would I waste time on planning and setting goals?”. Well, the answer is very simple – imagine your dream being a treasure (or pot with a LOT of Swarovski crystals). You will always need a map (or gps if your super modern lol) to get there. At least a tiniest scrible of something to guide you through and reach this amazing treasure. Imagine how much time you would save by knowing when and what path to take. And believe me – with a plan, you will not only walk to your dream – you will be running!
So, let’s move on to the next step. Now you know why you need  a map (your personal plan), let’s talk about how big it should be? Well…. go nuts! Dream so big, that your mind would say to you, “you are crazy”. Exactly!!!! The bigger it will be, the bigger satisfaction it will be to get closer to this amazing dream. Because trust me, if you will set a goal to a small thing (which is nothing wrong with it), you will see that you reach it very quick and where is fun in that? Go BIG! No! Go BIGGER!
Let’s do it! 
  1. Take a piece of paper and a pen.
  2. At the top of the page write your BIGGEST dream!
  3. Then point arrows from this dream to mark the things you need to get/achieve it.
  4. Below these achievements, mark smaller ones to reach the one’s before.
  5. Mark as many achievments as you need .
  6. Congrats!!!! You have your map! Start from the bottom of your page and move up to get to your personal treasure.
