These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Moonflair AB’s webshop, located at www.moonflair.shop
By placing an order at moonflair.shop, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Moonflair AB. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use moonflair.shop if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Moonflair AB sell products of our own Moonflair brand, as well as act as a distributor for other companies. Our own products are available without limitation, but the availability of our distributor products may be limited to certain countries.
Who can shop
We sell products to consumers as well as certified nail techs. You must be at least 18 years of age, to place an order or to register an account.
Only certified nail techs can order the products we sell that are intended for professional use. To do so, you have to register a professional customer account at moonflair.shop and provide the information required.
When you register your professional account, you must provide accurate information such as your name, address, phone number, valid e-mail address and proof of certification. You may not share your login details or otherwise share your account with anyone else. You may also not transfer your account to anyone else. You can register a professional account by sending us an e-mail to email@example.com. Include your name, adress, phone number, e-mailadress and include a copy of your licence/diploma/certificate that shows that you are a certified nail tech according to the requirements of your county.
Prices and VAT
When you access moonflair.shop, you may choose your preferred currency for the product prices. You may also choose if you want the prices to be be shown excl. VAT (moms, mva, MOMS) or incl. VAT (moms, mva, MOMS) of your country.
Just check the box ”I´m VAT exempt” if you want to show the prices excl. VAT (moms, mva, MOMS).
The available currencies are Swedish kronor (SEK), Norwegen kronor (NOK), Danish kronor (DKK), British Pound (GBP) and Euro (EUR).
Settings for currency and VAT, you will find at the top right hand corner of the page.
The VAT (moms) will be specified at checkout and included in the payment.
EU (except Sweden)
If you are placing your order as a consumer, the Value Added Tax (VAT) of your country will be specified at checkout and included in the payment.
If you are placing your order as a company and have entered your (valid) registered VAT number to your customer details, no VAT will be added at checkout. Should you not enter a valid VAT registration number, VAT of your country will be calculated at checkout and included in the payment.
When VAT is added, we are responsible for collecting and remitting the tax to the appropriate tax authorities.
If you are placing your order as a consumer, the Norwegian Merverdiavgift, mva, will be specified at checkout and included in the payment.
If you are placing your order as a company and have entered your (valid) registered VAT number to your customer details, no Merverdiavgift, mva, will be added at checkout. Should you not enter a valid Norwegian VAT registration number, mva will be calculated at checkout and included in the payment.
When mva is added, we are responsible for collecting and remitting the tax to the Norwegian Skatteteaten.
If you are placing your order as a consumer and the total purchase value of the products is GBP 135 or less, UK VAT will be included in the payment and specified at checkout. If you are placing your order as a consumer and the total purchase value of the products exceed GBP 135, no UK VAT will be included in the payment.
If you are placing your order as a company and have entered your (valid) registered VAT number to your customer details, no UK VAT, will be added at checkout. Should you not enter a valid UK VAT registration number, UK VAT will be included in the payment and specified at checkout.
When we charge UK VAT, we are responsible for collecting and remitting the tax to the HMRC.
All other countries
No VAT or sales tax will be added to the payment.
Customers in Sweden, may choose from several different payment options such as Credit/Debit Card, Invoice, Direct Bank Payment, Part payments and Swish. We work Svea Bank AB to ensure safe and encrypted payment and to offer different methods of payment. Customers outside of Sweden make the payment with a Credit or Debet Card. For customers outside of Sweden, we work with Stripe as a third party payment processing partner to ensure safe and encrypted payment.
As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. Please check that your order confirmation is concurrent with your order and that your name and address is correct. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the information you give us when placing your order is correct. When communicating with us, please always state your order number.
Delivery time within Sweden is normally 1-3 workdays, outside of Sweden 3-5 workdays. Denmark 3 -10 workdays. Orders are dispatched within one day after you have placed your order. However, should any product be on backorder, we will notify you immediately.
Deliveries not collected
Should you not pick up your order, it will automatically be returned to us and we will charge you an expedition fee of SEK 300 plus VAT (if applicable) plus return freight costs and storage costs imposed by the transport company.
Select the country where to send your order in the menu “Ship to:” at the top right hand corner of the page. The shipping rates for the destination you have chosen will then automatically be applied.
Moonflair or Moonflair’s partners may offer Promotional Discount Codes and Gift Card Codes. Only one Discount Code and/or Gift Card Code can be used at a time, it is not possible to combine several Discount Codes and/or Gift Card Codes for a single purchase. Please note that these codes may expire if not used prior to the expiration date linked to each individual code. No refunds can be made for expired codes. Promotional Discount Codes and Gift Card Codes cannot be refunded for cash.
When making a purchase using a Promotional Discount Code or Gift Card Code, make sure that you enter the code in the appropriate box when checking out and that the discount is applied to the price of your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the discount code is applied to your purchase prior to check out and no discounts can be applied once your purchase has been completed.
Warranty and Complaints
Should you receive any faulty items, please notify us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include full details of the problem and your order number. You will receive further instructions by e-mail how and where to return the goods. A complaint has to be made as soon as possible after you receive the goods. If you receive a faulty item, we will arrange for returning the item and for an exchange or refund. Do not return any products prior to instructions from us!
Under EU rules, a consumer customer have legal rights to cancel and return his/hers order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
If you have registered your purchase as a consumer and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by e-mail at email@example.com, within 14 days of receipt.
You will then receive instructions from us by e-mail how and where to return the goods. Do not return any products prior to instructions from us!
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. When returning items we strongly recommend you to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned, we will arrange for a refund usually within 10 workdays.
The returned items must be unused, complete, undamaged, in their unopened original packaging and not marred or adulterated in any way. If we receive items that show obvious sign of wear or abuse, then an exchange or refund will not be offered and the items will be sent back to you.
Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card or method used for payment, usually within 10 workdays.
Unless otherwise stated, Moonflair AB, its suppliers and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on moonflair.shop. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Moonflair AB may create a Moonflair Facebook group to offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information. Moonflair AB does not filter, edit, publish or review the Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Moonflair AB, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Moonflair AB shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments. Comments containing material that violates copyright are not allowed. The user posting a Comment is responsible for any copyright infringement the Comment may involve.
Moonflair AB reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You warrant and represent that:
You are entitled to post the Comments on our Facebook group.
The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party.
The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material that is an invasion of privacy.
The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
You hereby grant Moonflair AB a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
Although Moonflair AB will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the moonflair.shop, neither the company, its suppliers or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
Although product names, descriptions, prices and availability are aimed to be correct, unfortunately errors may occur and therefore prices and availability information are subject to change without notice
Limitations of liability
We will not be responsible or held liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, special or other indirect damages (including business opportunities, profits, revenue or personal injury or death).
Disputes and Governing Law
By making a purchase or registering an account at moonflair.shop, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Moonflair AB. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden and GDPR (General Data Protection Rights) and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of The Swedish courts.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be finally settled without recourse by a court of law, the ”Tingsrätt”, in Stockholm, Sweden.
Moonflair AB also follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints, Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, (ARN).
The trademark Moonflair and moonflair.shop is owned by Moonflair AB, a company registered under the laws of Sweden.
