Warranty and Complaints
Should you receive any faulty items, please notify us by e-mail at hello@moonflair.shop. Include full details of the problem and your order number. You will receive further instructions by e-mail how and where to return the goods. A complaint has to be made as soon as possible after you receive the goods. If you receive a faulty item, we will reimburse you for the cost for returning the item and arrange for an exchange or refund. Do not return any products prior to instructions from us!
Returns
Under EU rules, a consumer customer have legal rights to cancel and return his/hers order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
If you have registered your purchase as a consumer and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by e-mail at hello@moonflair.shop, within 14 days of receipt.
You will then receive instructions from us by e-mail how and where to return the goods. Do not return any products prior to instructions from us!
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. When returning items we strongly recommend you to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned, we will arrange for a refund usually within 10 working days.
The returned items must be unused, complete, undamaged, in their unopened original packaging and not marred or adulterated in any way. If we receive items that show obvious sign of wear or abuse, then an exchange or refund will not be offered and the items will be sent back to you. We only refund the cost of the products and never the shipping cost.
Refunds
Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card or method used for payment, usually within 10 working days.
