We recommend to use a paper towel or regular towel on top of your arm rest for your work space to be as hygienic as possible and switch it out in between clients. Clean the arm rest with cleaning wipes but stay away from acetone and chemicals that are strong enough to melt plastic.
If you need to wash the cover of the arm rest, use warm water and dish soap and pat it dry. Make sure the inside is completely dry before putting the cover on the pillow again.
