Warranty and Complaints
Should you receive any faulty items, please notify us by e-mail at hello@moonflair.shop. Include full details of the problem and your order number. You will receive further instructions by e-mail how and where to return the goods. A complaint has to be made as soon as possible after you receive the goods. If you receive a faulty item, we will arrange for returning the item and for an exchange or refund. Do not return any products prior to instructions from us!
